1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1. Welcome to the “OnBoard” project website, created for the dissemination and promotion of the project: “Supporting European SMEs improving onboarding procedures to defeat turnover and become more resilient” (OnBoard) Project reference number: 2025-1-IT01-KA220-VET-000358740

The website is managed by the “OnBoard” project consortium, composed of partner organisations from different EU Member States, acting jointly within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme.

For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the project will be referred to as “OnBoard”. 

1.2. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) govern the access to and use of the “OnBoard” website and its content.
By accessing or using the website, users expressly declare that they have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

1.3. The Terms may be revised and updated at any time. Users are encouraged to review them periodically.
For questions related to personal data processing, please refer to the Privacy Policy, available on the website.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

2.1. All content available on the “OnBoard” website (hereinafter: “Content”), including but not limited to:

  • project name and logo,

  • domain name,

  • texts, documents, publications,

  • photographs, images, graphics, videos,

  • infographics, training materials and datasets,

is protected by EU and international intellectual and industrial property law and belongs to the “OnBoard” project consortium, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The Content is provided “as is”, for information, educational and dissemination purposes.

2.2. Unless otherwise stated (e.g. open licences), the Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, transmitted, sold or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the “OnBoard” consortium.

This list is indicative and not exhaustive.

The OnBoard consortium encourages:

  • use for educational, research, training and non-commercial dissemination purposes.

  • VET providers,

  • trainers,

  • stakeholders,

  • project partners.

Users are responsible for how they interact, share information and communicate with others. Any exchange of personal data or engagement in activities is done at the user’s own discretion and responsibility.

7. STATEMENTS AND DISCLAIMERS

7.1. The “OnBoard” consortium makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the information published on the website is accurate and up to date.
However, the content is provided “as is”, without any warranties.

7.2. The “OnBoard” consortium does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website and is not responsible for any technical issues, viruses or other harmful elements beyond its reasonable control.
