Within the framework of the OnBoard – Supporting European SMEs in improving onboarding procedures to reduce staff turnover and become more resilient project, the first main project result has been developed – PR1_WP2_Transnational Research Report.
The report presents the findings of the transnational research on onboarding practices in small and medium-sized enterprises. The analysis reflects the perspectives of employers, employees and relevant stakeholders, and identifies key challenges, needs and opportunities for improving onboarding processes in SMEs.
The Transnational Research Report provides the evidence base for the development of the next project results, including the training curriculum, the open manual for VET providers, the online course and the digital onboarding assessment and monitoring toolkit.
